Schedule Inspection

Here are a few things to note before you book your home inspection.

Utilities

We ask that all utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are on at the time of the inspection to better facilitate a complete inspection. 

Services

We ask that you select all the services you wish to have performed when scheduling your appointment. While we will attempt our best at performing any additional inspections requested at the time of the inspection, late add on inspections (such as air quality or 4 points) may create the need for a second inspection date.

If any services are to be canceled, we asked that a call to the office be made to cancel the services prior to the inspection so the invoice can be adjusted to reflect the services provided.

All invoices are to be paid at the time of inspection unless otherwise arranged prior to the inspection.

Report

The summary and full report of the inspection findings will be emailed out within 24 hours, and the inspector will be available for follow up if needed. Payment needs to be made in full prior to any inspection reports being released.
