Chris was born and raised in St. Louis, MO and was the owner/operator of Raybergh Property Management and Maintenance, prior to relocating to Florida. His background in real estate, property management, and healthcare give him a unique perspective on the home buying and selling process. He served as a Medic in an Engineering Battalion in the Army and is proud to offer a discount to both active and former military personnel.

Erica Rayborn
Business Development
Erica grew up in a small town in Illinois where she worked as a Human Resources Director for a skilled nursing facility. Her business degree and customer service background have been the perfect steppingstone into her co-ownership role. Most of her free time is spent with their young daughter and enjoying all that Florida has to offer. If you hear their daughter in the background when you call, please remember that we are a home-based mom and pop business.
